In the neighbourhood of Vila Olimpica in Barcelona is situated this turn-key project renovation.

For each project, we like to identify the main lines and objectives to achieve to bring comfort and a better user experience in the domestic space.

One strategy was to open the kitchen to the living with a big window that allows to bring the light inside and also integrate both spaces.

Optimize the natural and cross ventilation of the space and also work with the privacy with sliding doors.

Reorganize the space to locate storage which is camouflage with the doors and the walls.

A dialogue between light and shades along with a minimalistic and neutral design to give importance to what really matters in a domestic space the dwellers.
