Blueroom headquarters

At Studio Apart, we believe that workspaces should inspire innovation while respecting the planet. Our renovation of Blue Room Innovation’s headquarters embodies this philosophy—merging circularity, strategic design, and human-centric solutions to create a space that’s as purposeful as it is impactful.

The Challenge

How do you design a workspace that reflects a company’s forward-thinking ethos while minimizing environmental impact? For Blue Room Innovation—a leader in sustainable business solutions—we needed a holistic approach where every material, layout, and aesthetic choice aligned with their mission.

Our 3-Term Strategy: Matter, Trace, Emotion

  1. Matter – We prioritized upcycled, locally sourced, and low-impact materials, giving new life to existing resources. From reclaimed wood to recycled textiles, each element was chosen for its durability and story.
  2. Trace – Every decision was measured by its footprint. Energy-efficient lighting, modular furniture for adaptability, and non-toxic finishes ensured the space leaves a positive legacy.
  3. Emotion – A workspace must energize and connect. We infused biophilic design (natural light, greenery) and flexible zones to foster collaboration and well-being.

The Result

net-positive workspace that proves sustainability and sophistication can coexist. By anchoring the project in circular principles, we delivered a design that’s:
✔ Functional – Optimized for workflow and future adaptability.
✔ Sustainable – 70% of materials repurposed or recycled.
✔ Inspiring – A tactile, vibrant environment that reflects Blue Room’s innovative spirit.

This project reaffirms our belief: great design isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about consistency between values, actions, and outcomes.
