Retail project to implement the new concept for Sony Center stores in Spain.

Sony Center is the premium chain for Sony products in Spain, from Sony headquarters in Japan, wanted to define the new vision of the brand and the customer experience.

For this project was needed to design the new guidelines and concept book to be implemented on the retail chain nationwide and create a solid document that adapts to any site but maintains the corporative image and concept across the 300 stores to be renovated.

The project included a design concept book that is applied in all stores in Spain and Project Management for its control and implementation.
