Renovation of a vernacular building called Palleira from north of Spain to modern and sustainable house, it’s an exercise in intelligence per m³, where functionality and environmental relationships come together to showcase the beauty of simplicity and austerity.

Understanding the context, history and the landscape was part of the concept development in order to merge the new intervention with the inherited history of the building.
